Alexa can not find and connect to the Reolink app

Hello,
I do use the Realink ap to controll
2 x E1
1 x Argus Eco

I try to connect the Reolink App with Alexa App. Unfortunately this fails.

Alexa says:
Cannot find a decive!

Although the Reolink app is running and the cameras are connected.

Does anybody have an idea?

Please help.
