    Argus PT will not connect to router.

      • Got two for Christmas....finally got around to them. Unboxed, read directions. Scanned QR on cam. Cam scanned QR on phone. Put in password for router seen by app. Camera will not connect to router after 15 attempts with two routers regardless of proximity. Just will not connect. Attempts to contact Reolink have worked about as well as the router connection. Nothing. Read various FAQs...frequencies not an issue, router speed not an issue...at least as far as I can tell. But...nothing works. I can't be the only purchaser having this issue. Any experience out there to fill in the blanks in what I'm doing?

          I lost connection after a couple years. I tried to reset and scan the code using the phone app multiple times and it wouldn't connect. I eventually tried a reset on the camera and using the desktop app, I could scan the screen and then it reconnected to the network. I had tried everything and reset things multiple times
