More than one mode for the alarm and push message:

I m using Arlo since many years and wanted to test Reolink. From the material point of view the Reolink camera are better then Arlo ( 81MA vs Arlo pro 4 ), the software from Reaolink give us many possibilities as well but one big things is missing : “Multiple mode”
Indeed with Arlo software you can prepare different mode and very easily choose from one mode to another. For exemple I have a mode “vacation” when I m not at home or “working mode” when I m working. The different mode fonction is very helpful to cover all situation.

A mode is a calendar configuration for the alarm, timer and push fonction. In other words a mode is a camera configuration.

Do you think to implement this fonction to your app ?

      thank you
      regards

@fugu31_677721121648810 This is merely the scene feature with a schedule/calendar. A lot of customers have requested this and indeed it is very useful.

HI thank you for your answer, indeed it would be really easy if I can select prememorized mode for each Camera. It would be much easier to change from one alarm& Timing calendar instead of going deep in the configuration to adapt each time.
Since one week I m using both in parallel ( Arlo and Reolink) I keep to say that you have better hardware, you have much more deep configurations for your Hardware but the Reolink app is missing very high level fonctions which would make much more easier to use it. The good news it is "only" software, the bad news it is software and required lot of time and energy to be done.

            thank you

            regards

@fugu31_677721121648810 Well said. Today the hardware is what is it and the functionalities mostly come from the software. And in software there is never a conclusion but depends on one's creativity.
