I have a Keen Ranger and also a Go PT at a remote property. Around February or March of this year I lost the ability to remotely view or access the cameras. I don't know if this is due to a software update that locked down the connection. What is strange is that the cameras are still detecting motion and uploading videos to the cloud via the cellular network. I was able to access both cameras today and restarted them, but I still have the same results - they upload videos to the cloud and notify me of motion, but I can't connect to the cameras using my phone app. It doesn't work for remote viewing or for changing camera settings. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?
