Hello. I've been searching for a while trying to solve this issue. I have a RLN16-410 NVR with 6 hardwired POE cameras attached. When I had all the cameras attached directly to the NVR everything worked fine. I then added a POE switch (Aumox 28 Port Gigabit PoE Switch) between the NVR and router and noticed duplicate cameras on my android app. A set of cameras "at the top" and a set "at the bottom". Things seemed to work well but now I have the following issues when working with the cameras on my Android phone app:

      1. One set of cameras will play back from the NVR, the other set asks for an SD card
      2. One set of cameras will respond to changes in settings (sensitivity, push notifications on / off etc) the other set won't.
      3. In one set of cameras I see the NVR. I dont in the other set.
      4. There are other issues but these are the main ones.

I've looked for a way to resolve this in the Windows app, connecting directly to the NVR and on the Android app. No luck. Any assistance is appreciated.

@user_651630881726505_65163088172650 Having a POE switch between the camera and the NVR gives you the ability to control them directly as some features may not be readily available (individually) through the NVR. But you need to decide from where to control them.
