CREATE DEVICE PASSWORD PROBLEM

I cannot get Device password created.. I have my camera set up, it is connected to the WiFi and then it wants me to create a device password..
it will NOT let me.. can't type it in, can't scan it in, cannot paste it in... can't get out of it.. this is second camera I am trying to set up? I have one
camera on the app already.. this is a new one I'm adding ... HOW?? do they each have to have their own app, (that would be crazy)...

I need this installed NOW.. I am without security since my old camera died... someone please help.. I am stressed out and frustrated right now

@bkortega_309746439942290 NEVER mind... I figured it out finally... I had to turn off the phone and back on to finally get the
keyboard to come up and now it is loaded and has a password for the camera...
