@joseph_1979 8.10.4 still crashes.

I too downloaded the update, installed it and received a javascript error on the screen. Went to reolink website and downloaded the same update, installed it and received the same error.
Reinstalled version 8.8.5 and everything returned to normal.Reply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

@user_693381428428973_693381428428973 Definitely there is something in your java or Windows environment. I did install all the 8.10.x upgrades and never encounter any issue and was able to run the client. Of course I found functional issues and I reported them.

8.10.3 version is a bug collection. Waste about 5 hours on it. Javascript error, lost functions (volume, tiles etc.)
I tried 3 different computer (Win10). Total suck...Reinstall 8.8.5

@kontra-laszlo_429237821739215 I have it installed on 2 PCs and had no issue at all (only the stream mode which I have reported to support). What java version do you have installed (32bit and 64bit) and what is your OS 32 or 64 bit?
The only issue I have is the stream mode resolution for multiple view (mostly only Fluent available) and for single view (the selected stream mode selected is forgotten once you quit the live view) when I am connected to an outside network. -
@joseph_1979 Thank you for your reaction and information.
I tried on Win10 pro 64bit (two i5 desktop an one i3 laptop). The javascript is 32bit version as I red in error message window.
I can not install it on my laptop, I got javascrip error end crashed.
When I installed it on desktops and add camera, lost the functionality of volume and tiles buttons, Without camera adding all functions are seemed ok.
I can not do other just reinstall 8.8.5.

I have the same issue, updated then had Java error. Returned to 8.8 and working again. Could it be that it is installing the wrong version, i.e. 32 bit instead of 64 bit. I noticed when I installed 8.8 it installed into directory (x86) and I'm sure it didn't say that for 8.10.

@tranzmetro_671470385975324 8.8.5 is a 32bit application and subsequently installed in directory x86. 8.10.x are 64bit application. Can you try the 8.10.4 which has been released yesterday?
