How ColorX Technology Turn Night into Day
Reolink App v4.43 Released
I'm getting an issue with the Windows client where it can connect to the cameras I own just fine, but the video feed is just a black screen of death. I can split the view screen and right-click on it to change the feed from clear to fluent or balanced, but nothing shows up. The camera connects, and will still give me notifications when I've been viewing it for a while as it is a battery powered camera. Everything else about the client works great.I'm running the client on a AWS EC2 Windows server. I've got another similar Windows EC2 instance running the client as well, and there are no issues on that one - I can still view the feeds just fine there. Any suggestions on what could be going on?
@user_694380745515170_694380745515170 Can you go to appl menu, top right hand wheel and disable HW acceleration first. Exit app and re-run and check again. What are the differences between the two Win instances?
@joseph_1979 I'm not sure what you mean by appl menu or HW acceleration. The only difference between the two instances is that one is a t2.micro while the other is a t2.small.
