I have had to have my router replaced three times in the past two years, and the nightmare is always trying to reconfigure the four reolink cameras throughout the house. I have tried everything to get that voice command, and then continue with the set up. I don't know why things worked in the past, but this time holding the reset button until my finger ached didn't work. So, I realized there is a place for an Ethernet plug right next to the electrical cord slot on the camera. I said, why not give it a shot, and guess what? It is the easiest way to get back online. I can ignore all those beeps until I get to the screen that asks for my network password. I put it in, and yes, the camera connects and I am able to test it, unplug the Ethernet plug and see that the camera is now going WiFi. What a treat this method is. No more headaches every time I want to upgrade or replace the router. I located this information from a source that was not reolink support, by the way. It was just a random search online and this method was suggested. So, happy surfing.
