RLC-1212A No Digital Zoom on max Resolution

Only works on 3840*2160 or less. When I click on magnify icon, screen goes black. This is using monitor connected to NVR. On phone app and Windows Client, it does work.

@user_671416932614237_671416932614237 I have an RLC-1212A with "Clear" stream set to 4096x2784. The digital zoom works. (Although the newest Wiindows Client 8.10.4 is not pleasant to watch while zooming because of the "black flashes" as it zooms.)

That's interesting. That resolution is not even available. My next one up from 3840*2160 is 4512*2512.

@user_671416932614237_671416932614237 Just peachy. An even newer firmware was released just yesterday (June 4, 2023) My camera is set to Autoupdate, and a search for firmware updates says my version is the most recent.

Well, this is a puzzle. I can download and update the firmware, but will then have no method to "go back" if I don't like it. Hmmmm.
