Hello, I recently installed a Video Doorbell PoE at my house a couple of weeks ago. It worked fine for about a week, then I noticed that the recordings stopped having any audio. The earlier recordings have sound so I know it was working. I didn't change anything, after I opened the box I updated the firmware, reset the configuration, and have been using it ever since. If I open up the RTSP stream from the camera in VLC and view the codec information, there isn't any audio encoded in the stream at all, only video. What's weird is if I browse to the web interface and view the preview of the camera feed there, I DO have audio..... I'm at a loss to explain what to do. I have done multiple factory resets, nothing I do can get the audio back. Any ideas? I am still in the return window on Amazon so I can return it if I need to. Thanks.

@user_702132770812051_702132770812051 So under AUDIO you have record audio enabled right? On the Android and Window client do you hear the audio while in live view? While in the live view click on the record icon and then check the audio in the recorded file.

@joseph_1979 Hello, yes the "Record Audio" box is checked. All clients on mobile and browser are able to hear sound in the live view, it is the RTSP stream and the recordings that have no sound. I have posted a picture below of VLC showing clearly that there is no audio track in the recorded file, only a single video stream. On the previous recordings from the camera that do have audio, there is an additional "Stream 1" with the audio codec details. I found a link to an official Reolink support page that describes at least part of the problem, but the suggestions are boilerplate and do not indicate any possible cause or other information. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900002151786-No-Audio-but-has-Video-via-RTSP-RTMP/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_pS6ubqz_wIVKGpMCh0Meg__EAMYASAAEgJVWvD_BwE
