Hello. Our client has a number of the C1 Pro cameras. reolink have refused to replace these under warranty even though they failed withing a few months of each other and well within the 1 year.

enough about that, the client has passed the box of cameras to us and we're looking at them. We've hooked up to the diagnostics port and can see that during boot, the /etc partition is corrupted.

We can replace the nand flash but require a dump of the chip, in every case the config partition is in tact so the device identiy , UID etc can be put back.

Has anyone got a dump of the nand or a complete firmware BIN that includes the uboot partition too ?

shame a good product is so badly supported here in the UK and the warranty seems to mean nothing.

      thanks.

@avtsuk_301059846402187 If they are still under warranty and the fault is a corrupted folder then they should be replaced. Perhaps you pay the shipment. Take it up with the main support center and emailed them at support(at)reolink(dot)com. Replace (at) with @ an (dot) with . as we cannot insert links/emails in this site.

There is no consumer protection in the UK?
