      Thank you for your enthusiasm regarding the CX410, the true-color night vision camera. I have received much feedback about the CX410. I would like to give you some explanation about the CX410 question. Check out if there is one that you want to know below!

      About the light

      Does the CX410 need to turn on the warm light to keep color night vision?
      The CX410 does not need to have the warm light turned on to maintain color night vision. In most situations, the light is off.
      The camera achieves color night vision through its powerful hardware, such as the F/1.0 aperture, 1/1.8'' sensor, and ISP technology, which allow it to capture more light in low-light conditions. The warm light will only be activated when the camera image is too dark, and it will adjust the light gradually based on the environment's brightness.

      What are the functions of warm light?
      The warm light has multiple functions. It can be set to be always on, off, or automatically adjusted. It can also be activated when an event is detected. Besides its deterrence function, the warm light provides additional illumination in environments with insufficient light. However, it is not recommended to turn on the warm light in environments with excessive lighting.

      What are the differences between the warm light and the white spotlight?
      Warm light: Cozy, yellowish illumination for a comfortable atmosphere. It has a lower color temperature, typically ranging from 2700K to 3000K on the Kelvin scale.
      White spotlight: Bright, focused light for highlighting specific areas or objects. It has a higher color temperature, often in the range of 4000K to 6500K.
      Usually, we adopted a 6500k white spotlight in most of the Reolink cameras. In CX410, the spotlight is the 3000k warm light, which is softer and more neighbor friendly. For the CX410, because it can capture more light and need to avoid the exposed image, the warm light can be a suitable supplement for this camera compared with white spotlight.
      The choice between the two depends on the desired ambiance and lighting requirements for a particular space or application.
