My Reolink Argus PT cameras work the same as they always have, except they’re not recording now. I still get alerted, but no videos to view. I’ve tried everything. I even cancelled the (MyCloudLibrary) subscription and then renewed it again. That’s when I noticed an area highlighted in red that it only supported Reolink Go series, and it won’t allow me to link or select my devices to the MyCloudLibrary. I’ve never had any problems with my cameras recording before now. Does this mean that Reolink is now forcing me to purchase a subscription, if so, then I will never buy from Reolink again, or recommend them. Please help! Thanks
@pbuchanan101_543320121790620 The free basic plan allows only one camera to record to the cloud and has to be renewed every month. This is stated in their site. Personally I don't use the cloud. I prefer to have them stored on-site on different media like microSD and FTP servers.
