          Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that your camera failed after exposure to rain.
While I don't have specific information about your camera model or its performance in rainy conditions, I can provide some general insights.
It's important to note that not all security cameras are designed to be weatherproof or fully resistant to water damage. Some cameras are specifically designed for indoor use or limited outdoor conditions, while others are built to withstand various weather elements, including rain.
If your camera is advertised as weatherproof or suitable for outdoor use, but it failed after exposure to rain, it could indicate a potential defect or issue with that particular unit. In such cases, it's advisable to contact the manufacturer's customer support or consult the product's warranty for assistance and possible resolution.
