All images blured on laptop after update v8.11 clear on iphone and desktop PC snapshot taken also clear just with update

Save issue here. Tried reloading v873 and no device found.
had to resort to v8.11.0 which make all camera display blurry!
VERY FRUSTATING!!
any fix to this?
