Ever since the newest version of client was downloaded i am unable to see my cameras on the client. They show to be connected, and even has the motion symbol when motion is detected. Any help would be appreciated.
@lollygag098_197170271973596 So on the right window you see that the cameras are connected by in the live view you do not see anything. Perhaps audio only. If this is the case them email support and they will provide you with a tool to update your DirectX.
@joseph_1979 I reinstalled DirectX and that did the trick. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
