I have an RLN8‑410 (N2MB02), and installed the most recent firmware to try and fix an RTSP connectivity issue.ProductRLN8-410 (NVR)Hardware VersionN2MB02 or H3MB18Firmware Versionv220.127.116.11_23031644Updated DateMar. 28, 2023 UpdatedAfter 90 minutes, the system still claimed to be updating and so after reading some posts, I learned it can get stuck so I refreshed the page. The system is refusing to connect in any way and I'm unable to access the cameras. Interestingly, the system is running and has an IP on my network so something continued to work.What can I do to recover my system. Is there a hard factory refresh or some other method I can use to restore the system?
