    Cant add Camera in Client

      Just set up Argus Pro in two iPhones, app works fine. Download and install PC client, does not work, cannot find or add camera.

      Client runs. I know camera IP; Win10 firewall is off; only running standard Win10 Windows Defender AV.
      Camera is on Wifi, PC on wired. Same subnet, can ping camera from PC.
      I cannot connect to camera with web browser, "page not found" (:80 or :88 or https)
      Camera has DNS, I assume picked up from DHCP
      Scan local network does not find camera.
      If I add camera, I can't figure out user (used default "admin") or Media port (I put in 80, or 88 - same result)
      So fill in the details with those guesses, and add camera manually.
      It shows in device list but says "State:login failed"
      It's the right password, but is it the right userid or port?

      How now?

        Argus Pro does NOT support web browser access.
        Please also disable anti-virus on your pc.
        Then, try to scan it again.
        If no success, please choose UID and put UID manually to login.
