I have a question about the doorbell poe, at first I connected the doorbell to the internet modem and no problem with the phone, however here I received an NVR so I connected several cameras and also the doorbell on the other hand I lost the visitor option I only want to have a notification on the phone when the person presses the doorbell button because there are too many people on my street, do you have an idea to reactivate it ? Because I don't want to put the cameras on the dvr and the doorbell on the internet modem when I open the application, I have several screens and I want everything to be in one group.

Lorsque tu connectes les appareils au NVR, il arrive que tu ne disposes plus de toutes les options qui étaient disponibles nativement, jusqu'à ce que le NVR soit mis à jour pour prendre en charge toutes les fonctionnalités de la caméra ou de la sonnette dans ton cas.

Je te conseille donc de mettre à jour le NVR vers la dernière version disponible depuis le site internet (https://reolink.com/download-center/). Si l'option n'est toujours pas disponible, cela signifie qu'elle n'a pas encore été ajoutée au NVR. Dans ce cas, la seule solution est de ne pas utiliser le NVR pour la sonnette.

Other than not detecting the doorbell button when pressed, it will not support the two way audio and AI person detection. So what other solution you have? Well you need a POE injector or a POE switch which shall allow you to have the doorbell connected to the BB router and you can access it directly with your Android/IoS smartphone. In this setup you shall have access to all features. Note that you can still record to the NVR.
