i have problem with the app . i can not see live ,my phone display; connection faied, mu NVR have fast internet connection ,only i can see live when is connected wiht wi fi connection , i used iphone app ,i been try almost every everything ,any help, please model -RNL8-410 E ( I CAN NOT SEE LIVE REMOTE) THAT THE MAIM PROBLEM.
Turn on cellular data on your iPhone. Settings > Cellular
