Does any one know how to change the APN settings on the keen ranger camera? SIM card is working but won’t connect to the network
@user_726829142737134_726829142737134 Check out this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900006968183-How-to-import-APN-information-to-Reolink-Go-PT/Make sure you type it correctly with no spaces as some operators will reject the IMSI attach from the MME side. Others take a default one even you type it incorrectly.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting your Keen Ranger camera to the network. To change the APN settings, you can try the following steps: 1. Open the camera's settings menu. 2. Look for the "Network" or "Mobile Network" option. 3. Select "APN" or "Access Point Names". 4. Tap on the current APN and edit it. 5. Enter the correct APN settings provided by your network provider. 6. Save the changes and restart the camera. If these steps don't work or you're unsure about the correct APN settings, I recommend reaching out to your network provider for further [censored]istance.
@user_732407965151374_732407965151374 I experience the same issue with a Telia Sim, it always states that Sim must be resistered, when it.works well on phone and router. APN settings have been set up to Telia as mentioned above and it still does not work. What am missing?
@user_734399070949563_734399070949563 Normally even when the APN is wrongly set, the SIM will perform an IMSI Attach with the MME/HSS(LTE). So this means that the camera is either not recognising the SIM or it is broadcasting different frequencies bands which are not within Telia [censored]igned range. Ensure you purchased the cam for the European market.LTE --> 4G/4G+WCDMA - 3G (HSPA,HSPA+)
