RCL-823a x16 DOES NOT FUNCTION!!!!!! with the client software on windows or on my Android phone. Constant start and stops, skipped video, not smooth, unable to play. Its been two weeks and hours of my time with customer service with no resolution. STAY AWAY

@mignodon_684022733922697 Does this also happen when you are connected to the same network as the camera? Which client are you using for Windows? Did you check your upload speed on your router when viewing the camera through your smartphone and connected to mobile network?
