Re: Display a box around the Motion that is sensed
A Display box around motion was brought up in 2020. We are relatively new Reolink owners with nine cameras, and saw a security camera on TV today that had the display box around motion feature. We are bringing this up again, hopefully to Reolink engineers, to create this option for your customers. Overall, we sure are enjoying our cameras. We cut down a 60 foot dead pine tree to prep for Hurricane Idalia, then realized we had the recording of our work this morning!

      Thanks!

@user_694372066795760_694372066795760 Reolink are working on motion tagging but I think this will be available on new cams. We have been requesting this for quite some time.

@shayla: Can you please update us when the motion tagging shall be available to the customers and on which models?

@joseph_1979 Couldn't this be implemented at the NVR level? That way it would work for all connected cams not just new models.

@radioastronomy_410111540293820 Not all customers have NVR and subsequently it should be implemented on both cameras and NVRs.

@joseph_1979 Is there any update on this request. It should be a higher priority as a lot of time is wasted in trying to get the sensitivity set correctly.

app 4.40 new feature motion tagging (beta)

                  What's new:
                  1. Add Motion Mark on liveview/playback
When a person/car/pet is detected, there will be a motion mark on it.
Setting: Select Clear mode for liveview/playback- Settings -Detection Alarm- Turn on Motion Mark

*Require cameras with smart detection. And the motion mark is only available when the Clear mode is selected.

@jaygo_370576055292153 maybe I’m the odd man out, but I actually hate those blue lines. I can clearly see when a car drives by, or a person walks by, or for that matter, when a squirrel runs by. I don’t need the camera doing it. What I don’t see is any way to turn it off during playback. Is there a way to do that or to permanently disable it? I have a Reolink Duo 3 PoE among others.

                    Thanks…
