      I have a Problem with my DUO Floodlight POE when using the Windows Client.

      The Video runs for a few seconds, then hangs for around 3 seconds, then goes on.
      Connection to the camera also takes a while, sometime fails.

      This only happens with the windows client. No matter if high or low quality stream is used.

      The Android App doesn't have that issue.

      Already tried different versions of the client. 8.8.4, 8.8.5, 8.12.1. No real difference.

      Already placed another new SD card in the camera. No sure if this is a camera issue or the client just bad.

      Is there another firmware version for the camera available?

          @lutzfechner_568138761842913 To ensure you have the most recent fw version, I suggest you to email Reolink support. They shall answer you within 24 hours. Did you try to install the client on an other PC? Which Windows version are you running? Are you running the client on the same network as the camera? If it works on Android then there is an issue on the Win environement.
