I there a list (or link) of devices where web browser is not supported?

I found by accident a discussion that it is not supported on E1 Pro (according to Reolink Fiona)

@manrot_376517035909361 Just go to the specs of the camera and check the protocols supported. For Browsers you need http/https.

we see that http/https are not supported.
