The support article on "How to Check Whether the Solar Panel is Charging the Battery or Not" assumes the SmartPhone app, but does not indicate whether the Windows desktop client will provide an equivalent indication. I'm trying to provide remote help with a camera which I can only access from the desktop client and need to confirm the solar panel is working but can't distinguish whether the panel is not working or the client simply doesn't show it.
Sorry to tell you that the solar panel charging symbol can only be seen on the Reolink APP on the smartphone. Do you have a smartphone? If yes, you can download the Reolink APP and add the camera on the APP. If you still have issues with the solar panel and want to check the charging data, you can contact our support team at support@reolink.com for help.
