Hello,
I have a Reolink GO (4G with solar panel).
Everything worked great until 10 days ago.
Live viewing is no longer possible via the app or via the client (login timeout, connection failed).
But all push notifications and photos are still transmitted via 4G, so the data connection must be OK?
Anyone have a suggestion or a solution?
ThanksReply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

@promomail2550_526224052859075 Check 4G/4G+ signal strength at the location of the camera. If there will be handovers to 3G then you get these issues. Measure the uplink speed. Push notification and picture require minimal bandwidth.

@joseph_1979 ,thank you for your reply and response.
4G and 4G+ signal is optimal.I removed the sim card from the camera and put it in the smartphone, the speed test with the camera sim was more than sufficient for upload and download.
So since I can't access the camera settings from the app or client I can't adjust anything of video bandwidth or whatever. Full reset then? -
@promomail2550_526224052859075 What was the uplink speed? This is the most important from the camera's side. Have you switched it off and on?

@joseph_1979 possibly the problem is known.
According to the provider, 'data only' is not supported in my subscription, and the sim is meant for in a smartphone, not for a 4G camera.
So why it did work for over a year is a mystery to me.
I will first look out for a new provider and test that sim card in the camera. -
@promomail2550_526224052859075 It can be for voice and data. As long as there is data then it should be fine. Data goes to the MME/SGW and voice goes to MSC.
Reolink Go no live viewing
