      Hi,

      after updating an E1 Zoom with hardware IPC_5151SD6 to firmware v3.0.0.2356_23062008 the web interface gives ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
      Did a factory reset and readded the comaera in the Reolink app and it works with the app, but still gives ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on the web interface.
      Camera respons to ping, but powershell tnc gives failed for ports 80, 443, 554, 1935 and 8000.

      Would like to connect the camera to Blueiris it worked there before the update.

            @aho The problem is, I can not downgrade the camera because I can not start a firmware upgrade in the app.

            What we have to do now?

              @marchner-mathias_520463086354664 I am on v3.1.0.2649_23083102 (hw IPC_566SD65MP) and have no issue. Ensure that http/https is enabled from the Network menu.

                @marchner-mathias_520463086354664 Are you able to connect using Reolink Windows client? You can download it from the Reolink Download Center.

                There is an unofficial site which archives Reolink firmware for most models. https://[censored]/AT0myks/reolink-fw-archive

                  @aho Connection refused means that http/https is not enabled from cam side.

                    @aho

                    I found a solution on https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/16e6puw/e1_zoom_err_connection_refused_on_web_interface/

                    You have to use the desktop client app: https://reolink.com/de/software-and-manual/?gclid=CjwKCAjws9ipBhB1EiwAccEi1DunfdoNDA_nVxHfxMnx4sEMq69636pV8eL_cg1xRgcuMSSz8z6fNhoCL8kQAvD_BwE

                    And then you have to activate rtmp and http or https port. After this you have web access again

                      @marchner-mathias_520463086354664 RTMP is used for flash player and this is no longer supported on new browsers. So http/https should suffice. This is what I have on mine.

                        Thanks, using the desktop app it was possible to reenable http/https access as well as RTSP and ONVIF.
                        Would be nice if that also was possible from the Android app.
