Am trying to reinstall a camera (using the client S/W) that I removed two days ago. When I do I get a message "Device Existed" and am unable to install it.How do I get past the message and reinstall an "existing" camera????undefined
If it existed, I guess you can find it on the device list? no need to add it once more
Have you delected the camera in the device list? If not, when you reinstall the camera, it will remind you it is already there.
Unable to delete it as it does not appear in the device list. Also if I delete a cam and try to replace it with another cam and use the same name I get the same message
Only if the IP address of the camera you are going to add is the same as an existed one, that massage would pop out. If only the name is the same, the client software would change the name of the camera to be XXX(2). Is it possible that the camera you want to add is already in the list with another name? Please check the IP address of it whether it is the same with one existing camera.
