      Mac OS X

      Reolink App Client Version 2.2.8.30

Progress goes up slowly over 5 minutes until hitting 99.99% and then the app freezes.

The new version should be coming now. Maybe it is reserved as Christmas Surprise 🙂

I'm also having problems downloading footage using the new Mac client (37).  Mine shows all the files as 1,2, or 3 Mb when they are clearly larger, and when i try to download it says failed immediately.  Any way I can go back to an older version?   I really need to download these files...

For the Mac client, did you make sure the necessary folders exist in the "Downloads"/"Reolink Client" folder?  There needs to be all three in there for the download to work; the folder are: Snap, Download, Record.  If the Download folder is not in there, make sure you create it manually and try it again.  Not sure if it was your version or not, but there was a bug where the client did not create all the folders and you would get a failed message.

Yes I have all the folders created and it's still saying 'Failed'.  It also displays videos (that are clearly > 10Mb) as only 1 or 2 Mb.  I'm on version 37.
