    android mobile app whipes out pc client frames when i access the cameras

      I just upgraded the firmware on my rlc-410 poe cameras to the latest version.  reset the passwords as you have to do when you upgrade the firmware. now when ever I access the cameras through my reolink android app version 2.3.77, the frames on my reolink pc client start displaying just a white screen in the frames.. none of the buttons are on the top of the frame either. If I hit the big play button on the bottom left, the displays reappear.  so in other words when I log in throught the mobile app, it blows away my pc client displays. this happens when my phone is connected to my network, and if I am using my 4G data. any ideas??

        This is new.
        Can you help us check a few things:
        1. The version of your Reolink Client.
        2. Was there anyone live viewing the camera when you are live viewing the camera?
        3. Were you live viewing the camera in Fluent, Balanced, or Clear mode? Which one?
        4. Were you accessing the camera on Reolink App in in Fluent, Balanced, or Clear mode? Which one?
        5. The issue you reported happens every time or you only met once?
