      I can connect fine when I'm on wifi, but as soon as I leave the house, I can't connect. Remote connections worked fine when I initially set it up, but all of a sudden it won't connect. I tried adding/removing the device from the app and that didn't help.

        Is UID enabled checked on the Network / Advanced section of config and is 3G/4g/5g switched on the client settings of the app ?
