One of my cameras is showing a white line coming down the middle of my screen at night. I recently purchased 8 RLC-410 5MP cameras, and this single camera seems to be the only with this issue. I've tried resetting the camera to its defaults, and a firmware update. However, the firmware update I downloaded form this side didn't execute due to an error. Hi, please try to reset (Reset Reolink cameras) the camera to have a try. If it still doesn't work, please provide the UID and login information for the support to check, refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Hi Carl, thank you for the fast reply. I've already tried several resets without any luck. I will try method two and provide the UID to support. Hopefully they can fix this issue. I will post back with the results.
