I have an event that I need to save. No matter what client I use, the footage won't download. My Android app is useless; the MP4's won't play. When using Windows client, I get the footage from 20:00-20:45 and 21:00-22:00. The footage I need is between 20:45-21:00. When I use the NVR's Reolink Client to backup to a USB, I get basically the same problem. I'm able to get part 1 from approximately 20:00-20:34 but part 2 won't backup. The footage can be viewed in all clients. Help! I need this footage before it's overwritten!

Update: I was able to pull the video with a .264 extension. If there is a way for me to convert these files, I believe that would be a solution as well.

If you've got the footage out on .264 there's plenty of online converters if you google .264 - MP4 conversion. Just make sure you've got a backup of the original .264 not that the online converter will screw anything up.. just in case..

That's a fantastic idea, but the .264 file exceeds the maximum of all the free sites I've found. The largest file size I can find (for free) is 600MB. I will consider downloading a converter if I absolutely have to. Any suggestions on one of those?

            Hi,

Check out this link, number 2 looks good for the job. I haven't tried any of them so don't know how effective they are. These aren't online.. you download the program.. couldn't see anything about file size either.
