Add User Fail using Reolink Client V7.2.2.12

I cannot seem to add any additional users to Reolink Client V7.2.2.12 connected to a RLC-423 camera.

I choose 'common user', enter a name and a password, click 'add' and get the 'Add User Fail' error.

Any ideas?

1. Try upgrading your camera firmware in the first place (https://reolink.com/faq/upgrade-firmware-of-reolink-camera/ )
2. Try doing this on the web admin portal of the camera (https://reolink.com/faq/browsers-can-you-use-to-see-videos-captured-by-reolink-cameras/ )

Ok. Just tried that. I got message box that said:

"Failed to upgrade as the selected package is identical to the current version. Device is rebooting."

This is the configuration on camera:

Tried to add a user and is still failed.

What next?
