Rlc-420 cannot update firmware

Hi all,
just got 2 of these - all work fine, but want to upgrade the firmware.

So, using direct to the device using a browser, it defaults to a filename with an extension of "IPC_51316M", instantly fails if I select the pak file with "file format not recognized"

If I use the latest windows app, I can select the correct pak file, it hangs at 0% for 10 seconds, again says "file not recognized"and then forces a reboot.

At a loss really. How else can I get past this problem? Current firmware on the cameras is 2.0.0.126_18052201.

Bob - Is this 2.0.0.126_180522* fw available for download? This version is not visible on reolink.com/firmware.

The 2.0.0.126_180522* fw comes with new made cameras from our factory. We will have new firmwares soon available at our website. Please stay tuned.
