Can someone point me to the right document or explain how to manage the Local Record function in preferences?

I've select NORMAL and MD (motion detection?) over dates/times and nothing happens automatically. I can manually record and see the the MP4 in the defined folder.

How can I make the system record to my max either motion diction or continuous over a day/time.

Note: I'm still waiting for my microSD card to show up from Amazon so if that's a piece of the puzzle that transfers the data qeued up...that makes sense.

Hi, the normal means the continuous recording and the MD is motion detection recording.
Also, the local settings mean record to your PC when you enable the schedule and it will start recordings when the client was running. If you have any other questions, please contact our support for more help, refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
