Trying to configure all the settings in the camera through the client on a windows laptop. The 32 bit Client keeps dropping the connection to the camera every few seconds in addition to failing to obtain parameters in the various modules. Is there a trick to getting this to run more smoothly or is this the norm? The app stays connected on my phone but configuring all the settings would be easier on my laptop if it would just stay connected. I was connecting over wifi so I hardwired into my network, no difference. I tried the 64 bit client and same behavior. Tried to update the firmware but it won't connect V1.0.184.000 Not sure where to go from here. Thanks in advance.

Glad to help you solve this problem. Here are some suggestions for you:
        1. Please refer to check the Version of Reolink Client (Windows) to check the version of your Windows Client. The latest version is V7.2.2.31, if it isn't, please upgrade it to the latest for a test.
        2. If the Client is already the latest version, please reinstall the Client for a check.
If the problem still exists, please send an email to the support@reolink.com. We will check it for you soon. Thanks.
