Does anyone have a solution to the live view via the client freezing after long periods of time. The only way is to close and reopen but this is a complete pain and no idea why live view freezes
Alex, I have this same problem and MANY others with the current Reolink Client. After multiple attempts to fix it, multiple conversations with tech support and multiple re-installs...sorry to say, I believe the software is just, plain, buggy.If you DO fix it, let us all know how!Kevin
Thanks its not just me then. i only use the client on the pc in the shed and it annoys me having to stop work to just reload it. Will continue to use blue iris or ispyconnect to view multiple live streams without restarting...
Well now...do these options you mention work with your REOLINK camera? If so, which one are you using?Tell me more!
Yes they do ispy is free the blue iris has a cost involved but is extremely good. they work with reolink and a whole bunch of other cameras. i believe this is also a reolink supported option

Just found the KBhttps://reolink.com/3rd-party-compatibility/here is a list of the software compatible with reolink. The client is c**p, it freezes but its free and fairly simple for grandma to use. just wish it was stable.
