No cloud account option on Reolink App or Windows Client

I have a new RLC-520 and can access it fine via the internal webserver, windows client and android app.
Despite various links to show how to link/bind the camera to a cloud account, I cannot see any option on any of the above UIs on how to access a cloud account. I have registered a cloud account and would like now to link my camera to it.
How do I do that? There is no product registration option on the Windows client; there is no cloud account option on the phone app. -
Sorry that RLC-520 camera doesn't support Cloud service at present.
The Reolink Cloud is supported by battery-powered cameras and E series cameras.
