I've been running the 7.2.2.XX client software for years without issue on Windows 10. All of the sudden, it started crashing after a couple of minutes if two or more cameras are displayed in the Live View. Did the new version of Windows 10 (19041.508) break it?
I've been using it for months and it is broken software. It gives a BEX failure when you search windows crash report. There support I gave up on. They had me try there beta version 8 that would go to a blank screen in about 12 hours. Some one in the forum reported that issue already. I was able to see that a few hours in it would flicker the camera feeds before it failed. So I would stick with version 7 and restart it every day. I will say that Reolink made the software user friendly. I am going to try the software on my old mac mini and see if it is better on the MAC OS.
I am pretty sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.I would like to explain that the old client has not been in the maintenance, and we are trying hard to optimize the new client. If you have any ideas or advice about the new client, please feel free to contact us. It is very important for us to make an improvement.
