HiDoes anyone know if there are any release notes (what has changed) for the Windows Client like there is for the firmware updates?I've just updated to v8.1.28, it looks like the Play/Pause button has disappeared in playback, not sure if that is deliberate? I was just wondering what else has changed?ThanksGary
Sorry that there are no changing logs for the Client. Could you please send us a screenshot to show it?
Hi CynthiaYes, I think I can do that, please find attached.It means there doesn't appear to be a way to stop the playback other than clicking beyond the playback bar but then you've lost your position.By the way, I'm not sure the "Notify me of follow-up replies via email" is working.Hope that helpsGaryPlayPauseButton.png
We access the Client on our side and get the same result as you. We cannot find the pause button to stop the video. Could you please use the older Client currently? We will forward your feedback to our R&D team.
