I have my trigger alarm set to person only and I keep getting many 12 sec recording of false motion detection like when it snowing or when it as a fly , why is that and is there a way to turn that off
I think this is what you are asking
The cameras in question are the one in bleu circles
I have the same. Also set to person only, frequent short 12 second recordings on the RNL most of the time during twilight / dark conditions. Recorder starts, but the alarm LED's on my 823A camera stay off. Alarm delay is set to 2 seconds, With a longer delay it's not very effective anymore as security camera. Tried reducing the sensitivity but no result. What bugs me is the camera seems to detect it is a false alarm and keeps the LED's off, but the recorder seems to have received the alarm signal already. And it is strange that under these conditions it doesn"t record the set time past the alarm condition. There must be something that stops the recording early.
