      On the RLS-411S overview it states that you will receive push notifications to your mobile device. Does this mean normal notifications in the notification area like texts and other notifications? If so I can't get this to work.

        Hello Tim,
        Thanks for your support of our product.
        If push notification is enabled, you will get a text notification in the notification area as shown below.

        Please make sure you have enabled Push on your android device.

        If enable failed, please go to the settings of your android device and make sure notification from Reolink app is allowed.

          I have push enabled and have checked the settings for the app and it is enabled and the icon looks like is should with no X through it. Have even tried a 3 party app to make sure notifications for your app are priority, but still no notications showing up.

            Thanks for your valuable feedback.
            On your Android device, can you access Google Play and download app from it?
            Is it possible that you could test it on another smart device or IOS device?
            It would be highly appreciated if you could send me the UID, login username and password of your camera at support05@reolink.com, we will check it here, and I can also test it on a IOS device.

              I have even wiped out my device, reinstalled the OS and then just loaded your app. No notifications. I also have it loaded on a tablet and no notifications on it either.

              Sorry I won't give out my network information for any remote control. Just a policy I have for my own peace of mind.

              I have 3 different models of your cameras(411s, 422, 423) all with up to date firmware and double checked with another of your customer support people.

                Hello Tim,
                Thanks for you feedback.
                There is some problem in push notification on Android system, we have reported to R&D department and they are working on it.
                If you have enabled push properly while there is no notification received, it may be the same issue.
                If there is any update, we will keep you posted.
