iPhone app auto-lock

I hate the fact that reolink app does not block apple auto-lock. Basically if i am viewing the camera, i dont want my screen to lock for power saving. But i also dont want to change the global iphone setting for this which affects all apps. Anyone else is having this problem? Support told me they took a note, but i have not seen this fixed in latest app release.
