Reolink App v4.43 Released
I have two Reolink systems, both are RLN4-210W. I have an Android phone with the ReoLink app, version 18.104.22.168. I have one device added successfully, can view all four camera's, no problem. When I add the 2nd device in the app, I can view the camera's at first until I exit the ReoLink app. When I re-open ReoLink, the first device has 'login successful', but the 2nd device gives an error message of 'login failure'. I can never reconnect to the 2nd device. The only way I can reconnect is to delete it, then re-add, it then works once until I close the ReoLink app.I connect the app using my own IP/Domain and not the UID or QR code. I have tested using both WI-FI and 3G/4G. I have also tested using an iPhone, which works fine, no issues. I believe this issue is a bug within the ReoLink application for Android.
