@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I just purchased one a few weeks ago and it's pretty decent. The image is clear and it has the ability to create multiple presets with a timed return guard which it does every time. The AI human tracking is working flawlessly, I'm temporarily in a home we're I share the walk way with my neighbors (2 sidewalks directly next to each other) I have tracking off (it works flawlessly but then it looks like I installed it just to record them) and zones set for human detection just if some walks on my side or their company steps over bounds (great deterrent for parties!)All that works 100% and actually I never get a false alarm from something other than a person in the defined detection zone. I have the E1 Zoom indoor as well that's basically the same with no AI human / vehicle detection and that cam goes off on bugs flying past (and the infrared attacks any bug in the vacinity)If you have a flying pest in the house, he's going to be swarming around the cam for sure and it will be going off. The E1 Outdoor is color night vision with human detection so it doesn't have that issue. The only complaint I do have is the flood on during a triggered event doesn't seem to be working. Also if I change position of the camera without having the flood light locked in the off position in settings, it will usually turn the flood just with the motion of the PTZ.I live in Vegas where it's been 100+ daily with no issues. For a WiFi PTZ that looks decent and is easy to use, I'd definitely buy another. We're having a home built and it will be going in the garage of the new home where I see it being best suited. It seems decently built but it doesn't seem like it's built for extreme weather like constant 115 degree in direct sun unless you can get it under an awning or eve. I could be totally wrong though, it's just plastic I also have a 523 PTZ which is all metal and seems much more suited to weather abuse. It's also far superior in every way but costs a little more. Hope this helps.
I've been waiting for a Reolink with more than 5X Zoom, the 823 currently available is only 5X, is there really going to be a 16X 823 model or was it scaled back to 5x and released as the 823a? Im a little confused if the model number isn't changing. Also can anyone tell me what the resolution (MP) on the new TrackMix will be?Tell me it's going to be a dual 12mp with 16X zoom and you can just take my money now! Thanks!
