Re: Push notifications not working.

Install new cameras back in November 2022....

All has worked fine until a few weeks ago..

Push notifications just stop working ant random times and continue to not work until i restart my phone Galaxy s20fe...

Once phone is restarted notifications work for a few hours and then stop again.
Have the app on anotjer phone also....does tje same thing but not necessarily at the same time.
Camera set i bought is rlk16 811bba.

Any help is appreciated.
Ive tried all the steps listed. Reboots..restore...clear app....phones not in airplane mode....or power saving mode....

So u think updating the a42 firmware will fix the issue on my s20fe?

I downloaded the older version apk file but it would load on my s20fe...

The other phone samsung a42 is running app version 4.36.1.2

It has received notifications all day...where the 20fe did not...

I restarted my phone just now on the 20fe and notifications began working instantly

Also notifications.stopped on the s20fe at aboit 11 am cst today...

I just turned on the s20fe and it too is recieving notifications now....bit it did that before for a few hours intil it stopped....no recent updates to the phone and when they do update both phones update automatically. But like i said there was some kind of update to the reo app...the app on the s20fe looks different than on the a42......

The other phone Samsung a42 worked correctly for 24 hrs...received notifications correctly. The 20 fe notifications were turned off as you requested. Does this help?

So turn all notifications off on the 20fe?

And see if the other phone still receives notifications? Both phones were receiving notifications until aboit 5am this morning but have now stopped.
