@crash_621478004826165 Found the problem. The NVR stated I had the most updated firmware. It was not. I can now access the detection settings, etc.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I contacted them first. I upgraded the firmware on the camera. The NVR was already up to date. They sent me links to videos I already watched. I haven't heard anything more from them. I did source a power supply for the camera but I can't connect to the NVR through the router though (as the op had tried). I'm not sure what to try next.
I'm having the same issue but haven't tried plugging it into a wall outlet. When you hooked it up to your router were you only able to change the detection zones using the app? Also, what were the specs on the 12v power supply you used. Thanks
